In 1968 the germ of our Company was born in Zarauz (Guipúzcoa). It was a small
ceramics and construction materials warehouse that became our company, as a
result of the effort of its founders: the brothers Sánchez Benito, José María
and José. As many Castilian of the sixties these brothers from Salamanca
first emigrated to Catalonia and later to the Basque Country with the great
will of finding a place where they could put their projects into practice.
Since its return to Salamanca in 1986 the construction and sales of
properties focused the Companie’s activities since after Mr. José María
passed away in October 1979, Mr. José was the one manager who took charge
of the common project.
After some time, responding to a clear diversifying tendency, new companies
emerged, offering services in different sectors (farming, food, fashion and
real estate) and business established in other areas of the country (Zamora,
Cáceres, Madrid and Valladolid).
Nowadays a new generation of the family joined the administration with
the same concern in the growth of the Company and in search of quality above
all.
